Cancelled

This status indicates that the A/P voucher was canceled using the A/P Voucher Reversal Process. The reversal process will retain a canceled voucher and place it in CANCELED status. Due to the fact that the number assigned to a voucher is maintained by sequential control, canceled vouchers must be retained on-line until a point where all vouchers from the same time period can be simultaneously moved to off-line storage using the Purge process.
