Update/view an alert memo (Carrier/Employee) – Monitoring Module

Note: An Alert Memo is view-only if the alert is not in Open status or if the user belongs to a user group with the Marketing Profile flag selected.

  1. Click Monitoring > Alerts. The List of Alerts is displayed.
  2. Select an alert to update or view.
  3. Click Memo. The Memo screen is displayed.
  4. On the Memo screen, enter the memo information for the alert.
  5. Click Submit. The Alerts memo is updated.
