Update/view an alert memo (Carrier/Employee) – Monitoring Module
Note: An Alert Memo is view-only if the alert is not in Open status or if the user belongs to a user group with the Marketing Profile flag selected.
- Click Monitoring > Alerts. The List of Alerts is displayed.
- Select an alert to update or view.
- Click Memo. The Memo screen is displayed.
- On the Memo screen, enter the memo information for the alert.
- Click Submit. The Alerts memo is updated.
